visa office is CPCV (Case Processing Center-Vegreville)-CEM (Canada Embassy Manila)
country is Philippines where LC2 is from

sorry but i have no data/inputs for other LC2 visa offices/countries/nationalities.

Almost the same ng sayo by the way dependent child ako. Kakatapos lang namin magmedical nun may tapos nakita highblood yun father ko si yun sakanya medyo madaming test tapos nun first week ng june okay na medical niya.

MMR (mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccine that is the vaccine they required especially for kids who are going to school. The school would not ask any school records but they do ask for imminization record.
