How many roles and responsibilities we must list in our initial application? The space provided in the form is enough for listing like 5 responsibilities.. is this enough??

I was initially employed with my last employer as an Assistant Manager and after 9 months moved up as Restaurant Manager.
When I filled my initial application to CIC, Sydney, I mentioned only one position of Restaurant Manager. Do you reckon this would be much of a problem?

I have a question, I applied as a Management Analyst in 2007, but i did not add a separate sheet for my main roles,
I used only the space provided, I have already submitted the 120 days documents. Do u think this will be a problem?
