Linking MyCIC account to PR application

Do you know if there's a number to call that can assist with this? I'd call on Monday but generally speaking is there tech support for such instances? If it doesn't work again tomorrow I'm going to have to speak to someone about it because we have a very straightforward and simple application, all accurate info, so we should have access to view our account.

make sure you put birth place info or passport.....not both...

I'm not sure.

Only number I know that you can actually talk to someone is the call centre, which is mostly useless.

I used 2 for number of people on the application and that includes me, the sponsor and spouse no dependents

I haven't even received my overdue SA yet but my spouse's status on the ecas changed to In Process just today.
Now that I've also linked his application to the new system, it shows

Status: Open
Review of eligibility: In Progress
Review of medical results: Passed
Review of submitted documents: blank nothing written here
Scheduling an interview: Not needed at this time
A background check is needed: Not Started
Final Decision: Not Started

Tried linking our application thrice.. On the third attempt.. Successful..

Can somebody explain what does this means? Are we already approved for SA?

This makes me think MyCIC eligibility in progress = ECAS in process which means it means nothing (ie. they aren't actually working on it)

I think they haven't updated each file on MyCIC yet.

A member recieved interview queue letter over a month ago yet his MyCIC shows interview not needed at this time.

As soon as your application leaves Canada and gets to the Singapore office, there's nothing that their Canadian office in Ottawa can do. There is a number for the Singapore office but it's an automated message. I haven't figured a way of speaking to an actual person.
