Linking CIC MyAccount to PNP Online Application (non-express entry)

I am trying to link my application as requested by the email from CIC with my file number. I am a widower & while I listed my 2 children, I am the only applicant on the file (they are not accompanying as they are already in Canada)
I tried 5 times & now locked for 24 hours, these were my attempts:
UCI & File No, 1 Applicant, birthplace, Widowed
UCI & File No, 4 Applicants, passport, Widowed
UCI & Family name, 4 applicants, passport, Widowed
UCI & File No, 4 applicants, passport, Widowed
App No & Family name, capital family name, 1 applicant, passport, Widowed

Any help would be appreciated.
