Linking Application !

Can anyone help me with linking my paper application to my cic account?
It's been 4 months and O still can't link it!

Hey!

I have been having troubles linking my application online. It is frustrating not being able to see any updates. I can't even see anything through ECAS anymore.

I am sponsoring my parents (PGP) and my file is in Poland Warsaw now.
Created an online account. Tried by Application Number, UCI number but nothing works.

What am I doing wrong? I called Cell Centre but they are useless and sending me to their technical support through Webform online. It has been a month since I sent them my concern.

Could you please help?

I would keep trying with whatever variations you can come up with, you could contact CIC but they usually arent very helpful with these things.
