Hello there!

Two days ago, I managed to link my application to my online account (which seems to be a big issue, so yay for that, at least).
However, nothing is showing up under 'Submitted applications'.

I have read the little notice on the sign-in page that says 'After we receive your application, it may take up to 5 days for you to see it in your account. We are working to make this wait time shorter. If your application does not appear after 5 days, contact us and report a technical problem. This issue will not delay processing of your application.'

However - they received my application on 23rd August....

So - should it already be showing up in my account or has there been a technical error?
Is this normal or should I try contacting them? (Don't want to contact them if not necessary as I understand they must be super busy).

What's really stressing me out is that my letter says I have 7 days to link my account and if I fail to do so then we'll have to use regular mail - which is slower and more expensive!

I do not know if you are there or if you remember this case, but...
Was your problem solved? Did it appear after some days, even though they had received your application on 23rd august 2017?

I am facing this problem... I got a 502 bad gateway error when I was linking my application, and now it is saying that I have already linked but it is not showing up. I have submitted my application in the end of May/2019...
