"Link My Application" Issue

Hi everyone

I submit my "Family Sponsorship ( Conjugal partner)" application 1 month ago and to day I got email that inform me about UCI and Application number and ask me to create and link my online account to the application.
I create CGKey easily. but I try to link my for several times and web site told me "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications." but I double check everything to make sure I put everything correctly. but no any hope.
is anybody know and had same problem. and any solution ?

Can we link application even if we have laywer as a representative?

Try it everyday twice. It usually take 4-5 days to link successfully. It took my wife 3 days to link her application. Also on number of applicant field input "2" instead of "1". I know this is not logical, but this is how my wife and friend's sister linked their applications. Hope this helps

Try it everyday twice. It usually take 4-5 days to link successfully. It took my wife 3 days to link her application. Also on number of applicant field input "2" instead of "1". I know this is not logical, but this is how my wife and friend's sister linked their applications. Hope this helps

• Click and create an account
• Click "Add(link) my application and you should use the PA's information for everything.
• Select one of the first drop-down set. Application number and last name are what I recommend.
• Select either birthplace or passport info. I used birthplace.
• Input where the PA will go once he/she gets here in Canada
• For the number of applicants, input at least 2 (PA + sponsor) then just add a number for any dependants.

Thanks a million, I have been trying all ways for don't know how long (weeks), I saw this, and I entered "2" and it worked!
