Level of Education confusion

ECA done with CES UoT.

I have two university degrees one is 3 years and other is 2 years.

What should I choose: Bachelors degree or two or more certificates.

Written on ECA report:

Credential 1 and 2: Four-Year Bachelor's degree from recognized university.

Incorrect. They will have to choose Bachelors. Both their degrees have been cumulatively assessed as equivalent to a single 4 year Canadian degree.
