that is complete BS . Hardly any oaths are happening. September is done and how much will they ramp up in 2 months ? December is like no working month coz of holidays.

Well, I don't know if you noticed, but this week witnessed many people receiving their oath. Even the Montreal office started to schedule oath in less than 3 months after DM. Just these two days, two applicants received their oath dates. It's early to judge, but perhaps this is a sign that things are moving along the lines mentioned in the response. We hope so

It's just one or two oath invites per month, the bare minimum to maintain some semblance of 'activity'. How inefficient is that to have a citizenship judge, clerks and technical staff mobilized for a 3-hour oath ceremony via zoom just for a handful of people? In the case of Montreal we are talking about 1 or 2 per ceremony while we know there are hundreds, if not thousands, who already have DM and are oath-ready.

I agree. Oath ceremony must be the easiest step. It's just a matter of time to do it. I guess I was looking for a silver lining in all of these dark clouds. Only time will tell if there is a change of pace
Send them a webform. Emphasize the point that you have been waiting for long while latter applicants are progressing faster. Ignore their automatic response about Afghans. Your file is very slow for no real reason. I thought maybe the background check is delaying your file, but it's not the case
