I too applied for the 2nd time
My first was refused with reason mentioned in others as the proposed course not relevant to previous study and experience
This time I applied thru consultant wit

I did mine with a consultant and with SOP as well. Just the waiting is the hard part. Now its friday so probably will not know until Monday.
Do you know if they give visa on saturday?

I got my passport dispatched today so hopefully will get results tomorrow from the agent.
I didn't get how to link the online app to CIC site.
