We have until Aug 20 , my worry is if it is approved , then how long does it take to send passport and getting it back?

It will get approved for sure just have faith in god.

And rest the processing time totally depends on the VFS.

How many more days does it take to get a decision once my medicals are passed and additional documents row shows not applicaple? Further my final decision row says in progress?Any idea

There is actually no time specified by the embassy after the medicals.
