Tell me one things please what does linking application means does it converts our offline application to online one or its just for notification sake?

No it shows only status as like online application. But CHC will consider only offline application. So nothing to be worried.

sme says its only for notification purpose n sme says it changes to ofline to online,but as i am applying for 3rd tym so i dnt wanna take risk.i will link the application but atleast after 3 weeks.

No they don't chqnge from offline to online. Its just for our information that what the process is going on our applicatiom. So nothing to be worried

Did that but application not found. I tried with my full name on both First Name and Family Name fields. Also I am writing everything in Upper Case

No words are not sensitive. If it is not working you can contact the cic via email

I knw one more person who applied in Jal VFS but file is processing in New delhi, why VFS jal sending files to New delhi rather than chandigarh. Are you from Jalandhar
