You should contact the medical Centre and tell them the situation. Two possibilities- they redirect you're EE upfront medical for SP, or, you redo it. In either case, be happy that you must have made through the first level of screening; else they wouldn't bother to ask for medical. (But don't get too happy, you can still be rejected!)

Shitty thing is we have a long vacation here for almost a week starting from tomorrow :/

Status on June 22nd: Visa application being Processed at Bangalore Visa office.
