I only declared my son's background from 18y/0. 10 years back only applies to those like 30 yrs old so no need to start from 18 because what they need is only from 20y/0 records and that is the 10 years back. CIC do not ask for the records of 18 y/0 and below.

Im so sorry this happened to your application.. Pls. Seek help from a Lawyer, depend yan sa reason of refusal, baka magawan pa ng paraan... God Bless..

The reason was the following:

You are not a member of the class because you have not complied with the requirements for

membership in the class as described in paragraph 112 of the Regulations, and as required by

Paragraph 115 of the Regulations. Specifically, you did not apply for, nor were you examined

for admission into the Live-in Caregivers Program before entering Canada.

Anyone knows a good Immigration Lawyer in Toronto? One that's on the cheap side?

I'm applying for permanent residency,i'm married but i didn't apply my husband yet on my application,but i'm confused,i got an email that i have to provide a medical examination but i don't know if it's for me or my husband because it addresses his name on the letter.My concern was,why he needs to undergo medical examination even if i didn't apply him

Applied PR and OWP at the same time last Dec. 19, 2015. Received OWP today dated March 21 with expiry date of June 30.
Any idea why its short and what is the next step to renew or extend while waiting for the PR?

Is it june 30,2916? Maybe because of your passport expiry date. If so, you need to renew your passport and then apply for renewal of your owp.

Did you submit the new one or the old passport? You should renew your owp before june.. But if you are single there is a chance that you will get your PR in 4months like my friend.. Lucky!! Goodluck and pray for us too.
