Are u talking about the interview appointment letter? If that the case, it came out in my email a day after i received the passport request for my family.

I read again the letter... There is no saying Interview! They said that they will contact you with an appointment to grant you permanent residence from the local immigration.


I called the CIC you have to wait 6 weeks after you receive the an email that your application has been approved.

Thank You Ms Strawberry. Thought u got ur PR already..i was really shocked in my application., that was too fast considering other applicants from 2010 to early 2014 that hasn't grant their PR. I remember, the only thing that i included in my LC2 documents is the 'letter of considerations' to expedite my application co'z i am longing to reunite with my family that i have a proof that i can provide them to live with me., and i address my letter directly to the immigration officer handling my paper. I am not sure if that letter helps me or it's just like they were just fast to process the PR for live in caregivers. Thought need to share these..

Thanks for sharing... why did i not think of that? I was the one who prepared everything we needed to submit except for the form that must be filled up online by Lc1.

I did that too! but till now, I'm still waiting. I guess it didn't work for me.

Hi good day to all, I'm working here in Saudi Arabia and applied in Canada as a caregiver, i already received my LMIA and contract last January 2 after 1 month of processing, my NOC is 6424, i sent back my contract upon signing. My questions are:
1. Does Noc 6424 have chances to go through?
2. What are the next things to do after receiving LMIA and signing contract? Are there still things to be process?
3. Can i pass my documents in Canadian embassy in jeddah? What are the documents to be submitted?
4. What are the hospitals or clinics accredited by Canadian embassy for medical exam?

Oh i see. I am sure that everyone has different cases. Mine, i got the interview appointment the next day when i got the approved letter. Hopefully yours won't wait long.
