I want to make sure that I understand correctly. I receive for an interview letter from CIC for my PR. My question is do I need to send by Fax that I am attending for that date for the interview. How I understand the letter is I don't need to do anything unless I am not unable to attend that schedule. Please advise Thanks.......
The one who will be affected by the enhanced program, when it comes to requirements, are those whose LMIA is approved after November 30, 2014. ;D That means we are not affected by it..
But for LIVE-OUT issues, after November 30, caregivers who are already here in Canada have the options to live-in or live-out, which is a good thing.

If the letter refers as "Landing Interview", then I don't think you need to confirm your attendance. By default, the local CIC assumes that you will show up to your scheduled interview. Not unless if you can't make it, then that's the only time you have to inform them. Good luck in your interview and congratulations! God bless!
Good day, everyone! I will be submitting my application this coming December. Does anyone know here if it will be alright to submit it from the Philippines while I am on vacation? Will that matter or no?

Hi rianne1006! If u don't mind, if u take my advise...it's a good & smart idea if u submit 1st your application before u go for vacation or u got ur vacation 1st then when u came back u pass your application rather than submit it while your on vacation in Philippines. I gave u that advice because there's an instances that because of insufficient docs or any other reason your letter will be send back to u from the immigration. So, when that happens...it will be back in your adress in Philippines. So, I think it will be complicated if u do that. God bless to your application. Time is running fast but still take ur time. It's better to make it sure that ur on the right track. Best regards.
