My husband is non accompanying, i have stated that we are separated. I have requested that my husband be deleted on my file. So my husband did not have a medical and background check.
thanks for the reply guys, we all have almost the same timeline, I hope we received this month our long awaited PPR and Interview notice. God bless us all
After receiving letter for application completed and ecas changed to DM will the appointment letter for confirmation of PR will follow? How long does it takes for the appointment letter ? I have no dependents so i guess i wont get the PPR right?
Hi guys! I've got a positive update here! I received an email from CPCV just now informing me that my PR application has been approved.
Timeline: PR application received May 23, 2013
OWP received August 2013
AIP/LC2 MED REQUEST May 23 2014
LC2 MED DONE June 6,2014
LC2 docs received by CPCV July 4,2014
APPROVAL LETTER JULY 17, 2014
Email also advised me to wait for an interview schedule as well as instruction to submit passport and photos of my dependant in Canadian embassy in Manila. CPCV gave 60 days from today to submit dependant passport and it'll be returned 4 to 6 weeks after my interview. Good luck to all of us! Hoping for more good news!

Hello sorry for the confusion. i, LC1, also underwent medical here in Canada, that was March 2014, cic said it was a random requirement as Live in caregivers mostly don't have to undergo medical for PR application anymore. My LC2 medical was on June 6.
