Hi everyone,
Hope you've all had a good week so far.
I'm about applying for my TRV online and there are 2 forms,IMM 5721 and 5721 schedule 1. I'm confused as to which applies to me. I have read the instruction guide, but all it says that schedule on should be filled by the principal applicant; common law/spouse; or dependant children.
I understand from the document checklist that i need to fill and upload the forms: the family form and the IMM 5721, but does that also include the schedule 1?

Another question, when i was filling the online questionnaire that gives you access to log in and apply online, one of the questions i was asked is if i had undergone a medical exam by a CIC approved physician in the last 12months. I answered no, and the response was that if i plan to stay in Canada longer than 6 months, i would need a medical. I'm confused ???

Please if anyone has applied online, kindly walk me through.

Once you're done with your application cic will inform you if medical is needed. I wasn't. So I suggest don't do your medicals unless they ask for it.
