Less than 6 month in residence country

I moved to a new country where is have not lived for 1 month only but I plan on living here throughout the processing of my EE application. Do I need to provide PCC for this country?

at the time of submitting the application if you would have lived there for less than 6 months then system will not ask for PCC and you are not required.

I was in a similar situation ( I submitted my app when I was 3rd month in the new country). I was not asked for the PCC and I am a PR now.
