Hearing letter doesn't show real timeline. My friend's lawyer informed him in january about scheduled hearing date and time. He received hearing letter in April.

You are right.. they update your lawyer through mycase portal first once the hearing is scheduled. Then you will receive the letter after that in mail. So keep in touch with your lawyer to get the updates ASAP.
