hi guys ! I applied for CSQ in 2007 as higher secodary school teacher and becasue of frence language I was rejected. Now I'm going to apply as skilled worker on NOC 0213. Is it possible. Do they have record of all applicants of Quebec. One more question. I was rejected for student visa in canada. does this rejection effect on my immigration program. plz write me guys.
you should have no problem reapplying under different NOC as long as it's fall under 38 Occupancy list. However in form IMM0008 on Question #9 you need to declare your previous application and student visa denial.
