Legal Name Change Document ??

Hi,
Is a notarized affidavit enough for wife's "legal name change document" if she uses my last name after marriage?
I've uploaded her passports (old and new ) in the field for passports wherein the new one shows her name post marriage and the old one has her maiden name.

A marriage certificate is enough. You have to upload that as well, and that's all you need to validate her changed name,

A marriage certificate and a court affidavit. In my country we used to do a new paper advert.

Notarized affidavit and marriage certificate will do, u will any how upload ur passport, an LOE will be required
