Legal Name Change Doc. - wife's name change

Hi Guys

My Permanent app document list is requesting "Legal Name Change Doc. (required)" for my wife. She did change her name post marriage. That happened after around one year post marriage. I was thinking

- we can draft letter mentioning this.
- her new Passport mentions her old name
- marriage certificate as a proof of marriage

That should be sufficient?

In my case my wife had an affidavit for her name change. That was what was done and the official way in our country for such.
If what you have is the official way that name changes are done in your country, then it should be accepted

Hi, was this name change a complete first and last name change or just last name change?

ECA needs to have the name as per the credential or new name after the marriage?
