Hi everyone,
I have submitted my application in December of 2020. I am being sponsored by my common-law partner for PR.
I have been in Canada since July 2020 and have not left since. I have not heard back from CIC with the approval of my application. I want to travel to go see my grandmother who is very ill and I want to go say my goodbyes. Is it possible to leave Canada for 2 weeks and come back with no issues?

I submitted my PR application last month and it is still in process. I plan on going to the US next month however i need to know if i am allowed to do this and if it will jeopardize my application if i leave Canada while in process? Has anyone left Canada while PR in process and managed to get back in no problem? I am currently on a valid working visa expiring in August.
