HI, im under LCP program..i just want to know if i can apply in the us border to enter USA specifically in the NIAGARA FALLS border. What document should i bring? I'll be in the US just for a day, im coming with my friend who will just do shopping in Buffalo..thanks!!
 
i aplied online 4 n0n imig visa 4 d us. Then u wil choose date 4 interview on d consulate. I d0nt kn0w if u can aply at d border
