The transit time is only 1 hour and 50 minutes in Vancouver.
Is that enough to collect bags and do customs and immigration

You may be cutting it too close, depending on how busy the airport is.

The airports will post minimum connecting times , but those times are if NOTHING goes wrong . No delays etc . You might make the trip , but your bags might not , or neither
