UPDATE:
One lawyer I contacted will talk to his partners tomorrow to see if this case has any merit. He'll also consult with his law professor, an eminent constitutional scholar at UBC. As an immigrant, he's personally affected by Bill C-24, so, he is going to do his best to get this before the courts.

I've also prepared a press release to go to media with regarding our proposed challenge.
