Latest Experience letter, Signature????PLS help

Hi all and siniors,
I am a college teacher and applied for NOC 4131.
Could you pls advise me about who should sign my latest Work Experience letter? My case is,

My appointment letter was signed by prof.Dr. Parasar Koirala( Head of Academic Depart) on 16th August 2006.
Current Campus Chief is some one else ( Dr. Ram Bahadur Khadka) ?

Now I am taking the latest Experience letter to send at Visa post since I am in 2nd stage of my application.
so Either the Head of Academic person or The Chief of Campus , who must sign mt experence letter now?
PLS advise me....

Chief or academice head, anyone can sign, please do remember to send the business(visiting) card of the person who signed the exp letter along with the experience certificates
