Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

I have raised CSE like every other week without response from avo. The last time heard from them was June 20th.

You can go ahead and request for the GCMS notes. One thing for sure is, we have to be very patient and remain prayerful.

E**** - received January 26, 2016.

Eligibility is passed.

Criminality is passed.

Security checks are in process. These cannot be expedited.

Your passport has been received and placed with the file.

The last notes on the file state that the visa office replied to your authorized
representative on June 22nd advising that the application is in process.

It seems good so far..

What is your opinion people..

security: not showing any value (in process)
but there is mentioned s15. (1).. whats this caption.. can you help?

1. Details about us Family Name/Given Names/DOB
Signature (our) / Date of filling the form

2. Same details for spouse

3. Designated individuals contact information
Question : Do we need to fill in the information of our contact in Canada who will be ordering on our behalf ?
Question : Do we add the email address of the friend or our email address in this section ?

4. Signature of representative ?
Whose Signature is required ?? Our or the person who orders it ?

I have received my notes and below note is there.

Sponsor Residency Declaration/Declaration de residence du repondant Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada.

As I am PR not the Canadian Citizen so I don't understand why this is there. Can you enlighten me about this if possible.

That's normal and it means this information is hidden under Section 15 (1). You are close to getting PPR.

I received my notes last week and i noticed one blank page with s.16(1)(c) written in the upper right corner
i tried to understand what does it mean and if its something good or not but i couldn't get any answer
Can any one please tell me what does s.16(1)(c) mean ?
