Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I am starting this thread because of repeated enquiries on how to order latest CAIPS / GCMS and what forms we need to download. So here we go once for all. Many thanks.......

1) Sir Kanamen is doing it for free.

Sir Kanamen is offering CAIPS / GCMS for free. If some body wants to use him here is the link

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/caipesfree-offer-t88238.0.html

2) But if you want to order it on your own there are two ways.

a) If you have a friend / relative in canada it would cost you just $5 and you will get that in around 30 days.

b) If you don't have a relative or friend in Canada then you can get it from websites and it would cost around $25-$40 and you will get in six to eight weeks..

Check this

a) If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy. Go to section C of the following form then follow other links given below.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf (See section C)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/lineofbusiness.do

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to

atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca

b) If you don't have a relative / friend in Canada

try these websites. You will get in around 6-8 weeks.

a) http://www.caips.ca/
b) http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml
c) http://www.caipsretriever.com/2006/03/immigrants-life-in-toronto-canada-ii.html

Thanks great post, my friend has landed just over a month ago on a student visa, so he does not have any of the documents you have suggested like Canadian passport or PR card and his recent bill or bank statement, so what else can he show as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Dear he just needs to prove that he is living in Canada legally. Copy of his student visa will be all right but he will need to manage bill or bank statement some how. He can also talk to CAIPS / GCMS authorities about that. I think they will help. I am giving you the number of one of their representatives.

Téléphone 001-613- 946 - 5223 Craig Elizabeth

001-888-242-2100

I am not sue but I think if he orders by post he doesn't need to send copy of his bill / bank statement. Just copy of his student visa will suffice. Thanks

He can ask someone else at the his college/university or room-mate/landlord to order for you(Just a suggestion)
If nothing else is possible than you can order via websites which will be cost more..

Please tell me following :

1. In IMM5563E in the column "in what form would you like the information". Do we have to tick Hard copy or email ?

2. In IMM5475E in Paragraph 3, in "name of the office where application was submitted" and "location of Office" do we have to write our VISA Office, like in my case LONDON or Nova Scotia Canada where I had send my application in Nov 2010??

1. If you want it by email then tick email or if you want hard copy to be sent to the mailing address of a person living in Canada then tick hard copy. In my opinion get it by email and tick email.

2. Yes visa office i-e London, UK

Hi!

1) You will only need one IMM5563E form to be filled for whole family. In that put your details in first row if you are principal applicant like ( family name, given name, date of birth and tick consent included). In 2nd,3rd,4th row put details of all your dependents like your wife and children and put their details like their family name, given name, dob. Tick the box consent included for your wife as she is over 18 and her consent is also included but do not tick the box consent included for your children because they are under 18 years of age and their consent is not needed.

2) You will need two IMM5475 forms, one from you and other from your wife because she is also included in your application. Your wife will sign the bottom of your consent form where it says signature of spouse and you will sign the bottom of her consent form where it says signature of spouse. But as your children are under 18 so their consent is not required.

Thanks

2) Again you will only need one IMM5475 form because your children are under 18 so their consent is not required but your wife will sign the bottom of IMM5475 where it says signature of spouse or common law partner. So one IMM5475 form will work as a consent from both you and your wife and as your children are under 18 their consent is not required.

Thanks
