Your GCMS notes will only tell you, how CIO did preliminarily assess your application (regarding points). Otherwise, everything will most probably show "not started". However, since you applied under the FSW2 stream, you might give it a try - don't expect too much, though.
All files which receive a PER are put "in process" by CIO.
I am sponsoring my parents and their immigration file is in the visa office now. I am their representative on this file and live in Canada. I was wondering if I need to provide the consent form or instead I could just attach a copy of the representative form.

I got it in 10 days the first time I ordered it, then it had been consistently 30 days for me, maybe I ordered too many times and they did it on purpose...
