Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

I check my GCMS NOTES is generated about two months ago. also subactivity - 0 in both security and criminality for all family members.

I need your openion about to make an inquiry on my case to OTTAWA VO by my self (without interfere of my consultant) so get update on my email address. please help me out from this matter.

if u r not sending CSI frequently thenno harm to ask the updation of ur case

I never done any case specific inquiry by my self. All correspondence regarding my case goes to consultant and than they give me the updates.
but i dont want their interfere this time. can i do that without cancel his representation and get CSI update on my email. please advice me.

i have consultant but i always sent enq by myself and got reply. my consultant do not have info abt my contact with vo but whenever vo sent some updates he sent me via my consultant so i think no harm to send enq.

so you get updates directly from VO. but in my case consultant is not giving me any updates. please guide me so i can solve this matter.

I want to order CAIPS notes through a friend in Canada. I have a doubt. I filled the two forms. One for my friend and the authority form from my side. My doubt is do I need to send the hard copy of the authority form to my friend or can I sign it, scan it and email it. Secondly, I also have a similar query for the second form .... what about my friend ?? does she need to send the hard copy of the caips order form or she can also sign it, scan it and email it.

I applied GCMS on dated 16-04-13 through my relative but till now did not receive yet. Note here that I used different e-mail address inside the form. Is it problem? It should not be problem. Then why am I still not receiving it ?

If I know the relative's all information then can I apply myself online with payment $5 from me? Please

is this something to be concerned about...?

I have been waiting for 2 years and still no medicals requested....

they have returned my supporting documents that i sent them along with my application....do they normally do this...did anyone else in this forum receive their supporting documents back...

You and your friend can send the whole package by scanning.

what is the status of Eligibility: Passed or in process
Medical: ....
Security: ......
Criminality:.....
Due Date:.....
in your medical section: did they mentioned medical in process or in outgoing medical printed.

nope i only have S(15)....

and it says medical and criminality not started....however in front of security it is blank...due date was 2012/11/20...which has passed....
