I need some guidance on requesting for CAIPS/ GCMS notes.
I am residing in Canada as a student and my husband is in Dubai. He applied for TRV but got rejected.
Basically, I want to apply for CAIPS/ GCMS notes on his behalf from here in Canada.
I am confused about two things:
1 => In IMM5563E, what should I tick for Q.1 of Section A. Should I check "Access to Information Act" or "Privacy Act"? (as I am in Canada, but my husband on behalf of whom I am applying is not in Canada)
2 => Secondly, in IMM5744E, do I need to mention my details under the spouse or common-law partner or not? (as the visa application was only for my husband)?
guys i received my GCMS notes, im CSQ holder, in federal part since Dec 2012, it says my file is on process since feb 2013, but criminality, security, assessment, eligibility still not started and medical >> due date 03 feb 2014, does that mean my medical will be requested by then?? or its only a given date to revise and update my file ? specially that security check hasnt started yet as feb 2013 last update!
I applied for GCMS notes twice through a relative but both the times there was no confirmation. On the first go no GCMS notes were delivered and no reason was given.Due date for second attempt is 29th may.
I hope I get them this time.
Really need to know why the delay in my case.
Paper File sent to PA File BF'D To: JEN ON 16-10-2012
PA is storage area. JEN means initials you Officer assigned to review your file on bring forward date i.e. BFD...you should be hearing from them soon since BFD had already passed
So on both time officer who is assign the file is different
I got my GCMS notes today after the interview, and the medical which was done today.
In GCMS notes I noticed 15(1) International affairs and defence, 19(1) personal information of the Access to Information Act.. Last time there was section 16(1)(c)....which is no more in the current GCMS notes.
I am also claiming Relative points...that could be the reason??? of 15(1) International affairs and defence, 19(1) personal information of the Access to Information Act. (sounds dangerous).
And there is also "SII Indicator: Yes" Under the Security Section. Any idea what is this SII indicator?
Please suggest. Thanks
