I m newbie,would be grateful if you could advise me ,
want to request for GCMS and i doubt if it may coz delay on my application ,or if VO will get informed that I've requested for ATIP coz extra processing time or at least extra document request or extra severity ?
its not too long since my MR ..I just wanna know what's going on

1. My husband and I want to apply for GCMS notes for both of us. He is the main applicant so I understand that he must fill out the online request as Requester. We are residing in Canada. Under which act do we apply - Privacy Act or Access to Information Act?
2. We only request via 1 application right? If we want the notes for both of us as we have 1 PR application.
3. Do we need to fill out & attach the form IMM 5744? If so, who fills out Section A, B & C?

one application is enough, with both of your info filled in the form if doing paper forms.
Or request it online via CIC website with credit card for payment online.
(may need to scan your docs such as address proof)

Hi. Thanks for the reply. We are applying online from Canada so I believe there is no $5 fee.
Also, do you know how to fill out the form IMM 5744? Who needs to fill out Section A, Section B & Section C?
