last semester part time pgwp

i apply for extend my study permit for last semester as a part time. i got my new study permit today which says in remarks section " this permit does not authorize the holder to engage in employment in canada". but now i am eligible and planning for applying to PGWP. because my course is already completed. my question is can i work in this time with this remarks. there is no condition written in my study permit. i am now legally eligible to work for full time as a i work in loblaws as an essential service worker.
