Last hour Check before Sending to CIO

hello Friends

Tomorrow I am gonna send my initial application package to CIO.
What are the last hour checks ? Just to make sure everything is OK. I am NOC 0213

1.Make sure all the field are filled.
2.Put NONE where no information.
3.Make sure you all sign off with date
4.Make sure your spouse also fill her own details.
5.Make sure you complete the fee form with your signature
6.Or provide bank draft only in canadian dollars.
7.Ensure your e-mail address and postal address is well defined.
With all these,you should be ok.

Go over the cheklist provided, do it 3 times better to waste a little time now than to have it sent back to you for some mistake. Send every item on cheklist if unsure better ask before you mail it. Good luck !

In addition to the above information avoid writing "up until date" or any stuff like that. (In such a situation, write the aplication date).

Good luck JNathan, you can expect a wait of about 2 months judging by the posts here. We got our reply just one week short of 2 months.

I would recommend applying for your civil documents like unabridged birth certificates/marriage certificates/university transcripts in sealed envelopes and IELTS if you plan to submit them. This will surely keep you occupied in the waiting period!

Also - look out for a mail from CIO on your email if you have provided them with an email address. We recd ours via email - never recd any postal confirmation even though the email said it will follow.
