I've reapplied on 18th September'20 for a refused application of Fall 2020 intake. The LOA was for Fall 2020 intake but since I've applied after 15th September, should I have got my course deferred then applied or it's ok.

ok.. but since I've already applied, will it have a negative impact on my education? Is there a possibility that I request the university to defer my course and then update my application through the web form? Pls guide me on this
