If (hopefully) the visa gets approved and sent back while we're in Canada, can the PA do a landing at Niagara Falls?
My wife's from a non-visa exempt country (has a TRV), so I'm not sure how that works with going to the US for a landing. Does one need a US visa in order to do that?
