the landing procedure itself is about 10-15 minutes. how long it takes depends on how long of a line there is when the applicant arrives. the cbsa officer will ask the questions written on the COPR, both parties will sign/initial the document, and they will confirm the canadian address to send the PR card to. it is very simple and painless. all that is needed is the COPR and passport. if the applicant plans on declaring a large amount of items, then the BSF form for declaring goods needs to be filled out. after landing, they will assist with declaring goods.

Thank you! My wife is currently awaiting a PPR, and the status currently shows Decision made. So, is a COPR form attainable from anywhere? And, I am sponsoring my spouse, so does she still need to show funds, even though I am sponsoring her to come to Canada? Please advise. Thanks a lot.
