Landing Question.

I recently received my CoPR and it list Edmonton as landing. Can I land anywhere else in Canada? The reason is Once I land I wtill need to return to the US to prepare my move. So the airline ticket from where I amto .vancouver is a lot cheaper than to Alberta. My ultimate destination is Alberta, nut since I need to return to the US immediately after landing it would be cheaper and easier to land in .vancouver.
