With an extended I94/I797 of USA, will it be possible for me to enter Canada by road, complete the landing formalities and then return to USA the same day or within a few days? I do not have a valid US VISA stamped in my PP, but have the valid I797 and I 94 till Feb 2011. I plan to give my friends mailing address for receiving the SIN and PRC, but since I do not have the visa stamped in my PP, I am hesitating and worried if my re-entry to the USA will be an issue or not . Pls advice. Thank You.
