After a very long wait (2 years) finally got my landing interview in the next few days however am very worried as within a couple of weeks my sponsor (my partner) is about to declare bankruptcy. It isn't filed yet and won't be for a few weeks after the landing interview - should we disclose it - will I be refused PR if we do? Please help I am very worried - thanks.
Your sponsor will not be eligible to sponsor you if s/he files bankruptcy - so wait to do that until after you are landed. You are under no obligation to notify CIC of plans to file bankruptcy . . . who knows, maybe you will win the lottery and everything will change before it comes to that. Point being: until it's a done deal, it's not a done deal and won't make him/her ineligible.

Thank so much RobsLuv for the very quick response - I genuinely appreciate it.
