Landing in Toronto - Etobicoke office

I called them on June 20th. Based on the info I received from someone online, Etobicoke should send an email in a week ( the agent told me 2 weeks though)...

It has been 6 days since and I am waiting for the email.

Let me know if it really took 2 weeks

So I got an email from them on the 12 of February for an appointment schedule for February 16th. I got my sin same time too. Remember I call February 1st so they took 12 days to respond.

Yes I called and the agent said they would send request for an appointment to the office that was close to me. The office sent me email few days after confirming appointment date.
