we have been in Canada for 1.1/2 years and my son now is studying in public school already. But I just got the permanent resident approval under PNP, with the passports stamped and documents returned from Buffalo office, there are the forms for immunization records for my kids, I assume they are for the purpose if you apply for schools, but if my son is already studying here, do I still have to fill them up?
also, I have another little one 2.1/2 years old, I think I do not have to show those to customs for landing??

4mfamily, here is what I did. I contacted the health immunization department, the lady who helped me out not only accepted to send me an email so I could send the scanned document that I received from CIC along with the COPRs back to her but also she copied the doctor who handled my son's vaccination when we first came in 2008. So by doing that the authorized professional has printed and filled the form for me and also printed it out from the computer with an additional copy since she said my son may need that in the future for the post-secondary education. hence, I killed 2 birds in one shot...so I suggest you to do the same, like I said it won't hurt on the contrary you will also know what vaccines are completed and which ones are still needed for your kids....
