Is Calgary a good destination for those having only teaching/training/tutoring experience?

Calgary is generally good for the people who are related to oil and gas field. However, overall Calgary is doing good recently in terms of job. I am not sure where does teaching profession stand in this scenario.

As an accountant, I selected Calgary due to two reasons. First, I have some relatives there and Second, I heard that job market is good.

After checking for various options, I have booked PIA. The reasons... first, they are directly going to Canada (Via Toronto to Calgary), which saves you from hassle of worrying about transit visa in any European country and second what I heard from various people is that PIA service is good for western countries especially when you want a reasonable fare as well... and third, lets give some income to our national airline...

By the way, I booked ticket from Lahore to Calgary for Rs. 107k (if that helps you)...
