Landing and travel to India

Hi,

I am currently in USA and got my PR last week. I am planning for landing next month. Once I land in Canada, I have to go
to India immediately after landing.

Whether CEC can send my PR card to my friends house in Canada? My friend will come and hand it over to me in USA later.

Well, that is one way to do it. But it is advised that you stay in the country till you get your PR card after you land. It's a risk you're taking mate! In my case they slipped the PR card under my door, but in my friend's case they asked for a signature. So you might want to take that into consideration as well.
