I was employed by a parastatal for my one year paid post-qualification internship (Ministry of Defence) with headquarters in Abuja, but was posted to one of the Military Hospitals in Lagos for e program. Now, I'm wondering who should be issuing the reference letter. Ministry of defence or Military Hospital?
Note: it is almost impossible to get this letter from Ministry of defence.
Get the letter from your former supervisor in the Military Hospital...... Try to convince him or her to do so on a letterhead paper to make it more authentic. (also include their complimentary card if available)

I got the PR a few weeks ago and I plan to come in August 2016 to land while I plan to fully relocate March 2017.
I work in a Bank here, I have looked at some certifications, (especially that will give me a leeway in Banking/Financial Sector), please kindly give good advise here.
