Please I want to ask if collecting new FRS driving license (4 months to the time that I will land ) can in any way speed up the process of collecting driving license in Canada. I wish I have collected it long ago. Pls let me know if it collecting that at this moment is necessary . Thanks

@Jovic...u nid at least 2years but u can apply for the license nonetheless and do so early cos frsc can delay....i waited till d day i was leaving b4 i got mine cos of delay...i have a class 5 license nw after passing d knowledge test

Haba Jovic what happened to your old licence? Or do you mean renewal? Even if your old licence has expired and you are planning to get the new licence Road safety just initiated, the date of first issuance of the previous licence would still be there and that's what the authority would work with. However if you are planning to do a new one afresh (say for madam) then am afraid it won't speed up the processing but if she gets international drivers licence that would enable her driver for say 2 months thereafter I don't know what will happen!!!
