Thanks for asking friend , medical sector has wide scope here but your wife has update about 6 months course here to get job in the similar field , for u sir warehouse job is very gud , I have many friends here working in warehouse pay rate is gud in warehouse . Baby sitting is not a problem, and rent depends which location u wanna to live , I do live in NE and pay $1100 for 3 bedrooms its not basement . Basements are cheaper . Let me know if anything more u wanna know , march is gud timing to land sir.

You were well settled in Australia, then why did you come to Canada ?

. You need to decide the location sir , NE is comparatively cheaper , since u r coming in March staying in basement is not bad idea , u can get 2/3 bedrooms around $700-900 per month here sir

Thanks for asking friend , ya honestly speaking I was well- settled in Australia , had annual income / salary , used to get $32 per hour table work ( iam getting almost half of that rate here , and Haapy / BUT my status was not a PR that's the only one reason to be migrated here . To get pR in Australia who are above 29 years of age is very difficult . Thanks.

Also would any one on the forum would be kind enough to share necessary list of items and house holds items one should take while going to Canada. It is to mention that we are family of three. Husband, wife and kid of three years.
