I'd like your advice regarding my query..i must land in canada (Toronto) before may 2017..my concern is that i coudnt stay long yime to receive my pr card..i should leave for months for personnal rezsons and come back later.
I'm expecting to land on may for 2 weeks and leave Toronto..My pr card will be mailed by a friend (from Montreal)to me in Algeria to re enter later...can someone has experienced this ???

Not all couriers will accept to ship your card (its a state property). Those that accept, also run the risk that CBSA can seize your card if found in the shipment. Up to you, you can give it a try if you want.
Other option would be applying for PRTD to come back to canada.

2- as long as you show them arrangements/flight to last destination. You are not allowed to land in montreal unless you are quebec immigrant. If you show them what i mentioned, they will do initial steps and instruct you to finish them at your destination.
3- that wont be a good idea, because of what I mentioned in (2). You can always ask the immigration officer while doing your landing if its ok or not. I would say have an address out of quebec just in case.
